1. Return Window & Eligibility
- 7-Day Return Limit: Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original store bill or receipt.
2. Customised Orders (Non-Returnable)
- No Returns on Custom Work: Any item that has been customized, modified, or made-to-order according to customer specifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Exceptions: Customised items will only be replaced if there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by us at the time of pickup/purchase.
3. How to Return an Item
